Steve Diggs is a data specialist with over three decades of experience in scientific data management. Starting at Scripps Institution of Oceanography in 1992, he served as the Technical Director of the WOCE/GO-SHIP Data Office from 1997 to 2023, where he managed a team of scientists and data specialists and advanced earth science data management. In 2023, Steve transitioned to the UC Office of the President, where he continues to apply his extensive experience to new challenges in digital preservation and data management
